校内的运动

GroupX类
GroupX类 are 健身运动 taught and designed by certified instructors for participants of all levels. We have a diverse array of offerings each week including spinning, 冥想, 瑜伽, 有氧运动和力量, 和更多的! Sign up ahead of time or drop in on a first come first serve basis. Access to all GroupX classes is included in each facility membership.

AdventureREC features off-campus trips to various locations within the local region. Hiking trips allow participants to enjoy the scenic trails of southern New England. Climbing trips offer participants access to local climbing 设施. Adventure recreation trips are fee-based programs, which vary by trip.

会员
